CSP Apply is an independent service facilitator. We are NOT a bank and we are NOT the owner of, affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any bank, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), NPCI, CSC, or any Corporate Business Correspondent. All bank names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here for identification purposes only. Submitting an application on this website does not guarantee CSP/Bank Mitra allotment, employment, income, or appointment by any bank. Final selection is at the sole discretion of the respective bank or its authorised Corporate BC.

We provide information about the Customer Service Point (CSP) / Bank Mitra / Banking Correspondent model and assist interested individuals in submitting an enquiry. We do not appoint CSPs, issue CSP IDs, or operate any banking system.

2. No guarantee

• Submitting the form does not create any contract, agency, or employment relationship.
• We do not guarantee CSP allotment, approval, income, profit, or appointment by any bank or Corporate Business Correspondent.
• Final selection, eligibility, commercial terms and approval are decided solely by the relevant bank or its authorised Corporate BC at their discretion.

3. Eligibility & accurate information

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you submit is true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in rejection by the bank/Corporate BC and is your sole responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

• You will not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, transmit malware, or submit fraudulent or bot-generated entries.
• You will not use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.

5. Fees

Unless explicitly stated in writing by us, submitting an enquiry through this Website is free. Beware of anyone demanding money in the name of guaranteed CSP allotment — report such instances to us and to the concerned bank.
